Itus Protection Limited was conceived in March of 2024 with a view to improving standards within the security industry for both clients and license holders alike. We are proud to be part of the living wage movement providing our staff with a living wage and not a minimum wage as we put an emphasis on attracting the best staff so we can provide the best service for you, and intern our staff receive a wage which can give them a good standard of living for them and their families.
We do however not just simply stop and aim for the living wage rate but where possible surpass this rate as it's not a target to aim for but one to exceed.
Quality of life and a fair work/homelife balance is important to us here and that's why this year in 2025 we will also be signing up to the living hours initiative.
Our Services
Manned Guarding
We provide fully trained licensed security guards 24/7 for your premises, They act as a visual deterrent to minimise the risk of criminal activity, In the event of an incident we act as a liaison with any emergency services and can also document details of the event which may aid you in securing a criminal conviction or provide you with vital information you may require when filling out an insurance claim.
All of our guards have a good command of English and are dressed in uniform to provide a professional appearance whether that be covert or overt We carry out:

- Gatehouse duties
- Concierge
- Locking & unlocking
- Access & egress control
- CCTV monitoring event security
Private Event Security
Itus Protection work on some of the largest music festivals as a subcontractor and have an experienced event team who can deploy anywhere in the U.K. We provide overt/covert personnel depending on your requirements.
We also provide security to smaller events such as:
- Private functions
- Weddings
- Sporting events
- Fundraisers
Vacant Property Management
Vacant properties are often targeted by criminals because they appear to be an easy option, Which they are unless you have some form of security provision. Many people have cctv systems on these premises but that does not stop the criminal activity but allows you to watch what happened when you wasn't there.
We have a more direct approach by being on the ground providing a high visibility patrol, This sends the message out to potential criminals that it is too risky and they will find somewhere else instead. We can also provide a canine service if required.

Rural/Remote Location Security
Vacant properties, farms, equine yards, holiday cottages and part time homes are often the target of criminal damage especially when they are in the rural community as the response time is often quite lengthy due to the spread of assets over a geographical area. We deploy a member/ members of our team to your property to conduct regular sporadic high visibility patrols, This in turn deters those from committing criminal activity as the risk of being prosecuted are too great.
